  10.     vPNG  is  another  viewer  for PNG pictures.  It seems to be the fastest
  11. available ( well, at least to me :) viewer for PNGs.

  16. distributed  as  freeware.It may be used freely for non-commercial purposes

  18. Hereby  permission  is  granted to distribute this software on the "Aminet"
  19. CDs.   If you want to use vPNG in commercial package you have to ask me for
  20. permission first.
